President Signs PROTECT Act of 2003


President Bush signs the PROTECT Act and deliver remarks in the Rose Garden on April 30, 2003. The Protect Act of 2003 will greatly assist law enforcement with serious crimes against children and expand federal government's role in the AMBER Alert system. Paulette Everett-Norman was invited to be there for the signing.
